It's always a fun little adventure when we go outside of SassySisterVintage headquarters for a photo shoot!
You never know what we are going to happen upon.
Like this lovely patch full of different kinds of clover.
And what do I do when I see a beautiful field of flowers?
I take my shoes off and roll around in it! ;)
These colors just make me happy!
They remind me that spring is here and Easter is literally just around the corner!!!
Which reminds me!

Mysteria

So before I get started on outfit details and things of that nature I want to let everyone know that the abandoned house I'm standing in front of was majorly creepy!

Majorly gorgeous...but creepy.

If Colton hadn't come with me I don't know that I would have stayed there as long as I did!

The wisteria was just too perfect for these pictures!

*Side note*

Stranger Danger is a real thing, don't go alone to abandoned places especially if you are unfamiliar with the location and even if you are familiar you are never too old for the buddy system.

Now on to the things you want to know! ;)

Most all of the jewelry that I am wearing is SORRELLI from the Rosewater collection, three necklaces one ring and one pair of earrings make for a very happy Piper and a very pretty picture!

Look at those earrings...Look at them!!!

I die!

This coming from the self professed keeper of the "One bold piece at a time" rule!

But I've said it once and I will say it again, there are no true rules in fashion.

And of course you can wear any of these pieces on their own because lets face it any one of these pieces is a show stopper!

The rest of the outfit is made up of a vintage white tea length formal dress and a blush textured cardigan from H&M.

My shoes are my tan Justin roper boots I wear constantly.(Not pictured)    

Don't forget about the event coming up just in time for mothers day at The Bead Garden of Bonifay.

Pink Lace

 This outfit was so sweet and with valentines day just around the corner I couldn't help thinking this would be the perfect little outfit for someone!

 Azurea in a 1920's drop waisted dress, I love this lighting!

 This 1940's dress is amazing!!!

If I had a Valentines day formal this would be the dress I choose!

 This slip is the prettiest coral color, it looked so great on Azurea.

 As much as I love the pink gown, this ensemble is still my favorite! ^^

 Azurea just being a darling!

Only slightly different than the picture before but still too amazing not to include! 

I wish people wore more dresses like this on the red carpet.

Vanity Fair

Welcome to the wedding expo that took place in the Chipley AG center.

I was asked to help decorate the BrennaBeauty booth as well as be a hair model by Brenna.

Here are some behind the scenes photos from before, during and after the wedding expo. 

Brenna and Caroline carefully selecting the pictures of hair and makeup work from Brenna's portfolio.

I helped of course but someone had to document! :) 

The idea for the booth was a vintage vanity set up.

I always get nostalgic when I see an old vanity and wonder how many times and how many people have used it for putting on their lipstick and making sure their hair was just right.

Although I didn't bring my entire vanity I did bring a few pieces that rest on it everyday.

We displayed several photos in one large vintage frame by placing Brenna's card holder behind the frame and propping the entire thing against a metal dress form that Caroline has had for years.

The bridal bouquet that we used was actually Brenna's mother's from her wedding day!

Just a fun fact for everyone! ^_^

The jewelry box is one of my favorite vintage finds and one of the things I keep on my own vanity!

While I didn't wear a wedding dress I did wear a vintage white dress that was reminiscent of one!

The dress was one that I got from Kim of SassySisterVintage and it's one of my favorites!

Spanish moss is so pretty and one great indicator that you are in the south!

 The sun was directly in my face but this is the only picture that really shows the entire dress at once!

 Brenna of BrennaBeauty the lovely lady herself does hair, makeup as well as photography for all of your special occasions!
