So before I get started on outfit details and things of that nature I want to let everyone know that the abandoned house I'm standing in front of was majorly creepy!

Majorly gorgeous...but creepy.

If Colton hadn't come with me I don't know that I would have stayed there as long as I did!

The wisteria was just too perfect for these pictures!

*Side note*

Stranger Danger is a real thing, don't go alone to abandoned places especially if you are unfamiliar with the location and even if you are familiar you are never too old for the buddy system.

Now on to the things you want to know! ;)

Most all of the jewelry that I am wearing is SORRELLI from the Rosewater collection, three necklaces one ring and one pair of earrings make for a very happy Piper and a very pretty picture!

Look at those earrings...Look at them!!!

I die!

This coming from the self professed keeper of the "One bold piece at a time" rule!

But I've said it once and I will say it again, there are no true rules in fashion.

And of course you can wear any of these pieces on their own because lets face it any one of these pieces is a show stopper!

The rest of the outfit is made up of a vintage white tea length formal dress and a blush textured cardigan from H&M.

My shoes are my tan Justin roper boots I wear constantly.(Not pictured)    

Don't forget about the event coming up just in time for mothers day at The Bead Garden of Bonifay.

AVEN!!!

 This handsome devil is my very talented, very funny and very tall friend Aven!

 He is a budding filmmaker/actor and someone you will want to keep your eye on!

 I got to eat lunch and catch up with him at the super classy and delicious Waffle House while he was back in town.

And then take these awesome pictures of him and his trusty cow dog Jake.

Seriously one of the coolest guys I know.

The Great Escape

He was such a good sport today! Thanks Colton!!!

For awhile now I've wanted to do a men's outfit of the day.

 I am obviously not a man so to help me out I have Colton acting as mannequin! 

Since I know my brother wasn't going to let me dress him up too much for the first of many men's post I will have to make the changes very gradual.

Even the handkerchief started on his wrist until I convinced him of how nice it would look around his neck as you can see from some of the pictures!

What he doesn't know is that it was my plan all along! ^_^

Because he has mixed prints going on (Stripes and paisley) I kept the rest of the outfit pretty simple!

I did something casual enough that he couldn't complain and show how uncomfortable he was in the pictures!

I really would have liked a different pair of shorts with this look (A few inches above the knee would be perfect) but I worked with the things he had in his closet and what his machoness would permit me.

 le sigh* 

I did use my handkerchief and watch everything else belongs to Colton and Chase.
