Emeralds and S'mores

 Float like a Butterfly and sting like a Bee.

 I think I was literally blinking in this one! lol 

 I had the awesome opportunity to work with a very talented photographer!

I first met Satchel at one of my cousin's plays, he was in the play with her and is one of her good friends.

At some point he started keeping up with the blog and I started keeping up with his instagram!

He just recently asked if I would do a photo shoot with him.

I just so happened to be staying in town the next week so we made it happen!

He is so sweet and a true kindred spirit!

He is the one who suggested the emerald green stone as a bindi and I couldn't have been happier!
I just so happened to have these earrings with me that matched almost perfectly!

We listened to bollywood soundtracks and found out that we liked a lot of the same artists!
He introduced me to new songs and I introduced him to new songs.

But most importantly of all.... He gave me a cupcake!
Not just any cupcake but a homemade s'mores cupcake!!!
I think it's safe to say this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship! ;)

Marina Sunset

What does one wear to take pictures at a wedding?

Since it was a small outside wedding I chose to be comfortable and cute but willing to lay on the ground if I had to!

The backpack is what I keep my Camera equipment in and until i get the one I've been eyeing this one does nicely!

That hat was perfect for  keeping the sun out of my eyes but didn't cast any shadows and it looked good with my navy sailor stripes! 

Welcome to Florida.

It looked like a little man with a hat! Surely I'm not the only one who thinks that!

Brenna and I had a great time photographing a lovely couples special day!

I admit I got a little misty eyed during the ceremony!

Pirates have more fun.

Sometimes I have to remind myself to take a breath in moments like these.

And with that, I leave you for the night!

I wish everyone had the opportunity to visit Florida at least once in their lifetime!

Although everyone would probably want to move here and I don't really care for overcrowded places!

Lunch Date and Horses

Wonderstruck

 Our first stop of the day happened to be the side of the road! ;) 

 Wonderstruck everyday. 

 After my first time surfing with these two brunettes!

 I didn't get the Ray-Bans memo.

 Together with our fabulous photographer/filmographer/bestfriend Jess! 

Can you tell we were facing the sun and I was going blind?

 A quick lunch in between shoots = don't judge me!

 We were shooting for the Fall ONO catalog!

 Another amazing autumn sunset in Florida.

 Thanks for stopping by and coming with me on my adventure yesterday I tried to get as many pictures as possible but we stayed so busy the whole time!

ONO is a surf and apparel shop located in Seaside Fl. on Gorgeous 30A.(where we shot most of these pictures)   

The lovely girls in the pictures are Jess, Isabella, and Brenna.

Salon Del Mar

 The bare bones of the salon!

 Moving in the salon equipment is a job for two strong young men!

 Taran cheesing for the camera in front of all of the heavy boxes and crates!

 Aunt Tara painting a picture of what is to come.

 Today I manned the front desk of the salon and took pictures every chance I could to show you guys the lovely transformation!!!

 The shelves that hold the product as well as the large prints, you will later see, create a sense of privacy for the guests while leaving the space open and uncluttered. 

 Did I mention the product is AMAZING???

It was first introduced in 1965 Brigitte Bardot was one of the first ones to use these products!

Still not sold?

PHYTO products are highly concentrated in pure plant extracts!

AND it smells heavenly!

And just so you know I'm speaking from experience after actually using it!

I'm not sponsored by them, although I wouldn't turn down that opportunity if it arose. ;)

Salon Del Mar is located on 30A in the Beautiful sunshine state that is Florida!

Aunt Tara has been a hairdresser since before I was born and take it from someone with VERY unruly hair, she knows her craft!

Living in Manhattan and working at some of the top salons in the country she has picked up a thing or two.

At the moment she is working by appointments only and she will have a business Facebook page for the salon coming soon!

When that happens I will post it to this blog post!
