Comfort My Way

Outfits like this are my best friend.

So these days I'm constantly at rehearsals and so i'm living in jogging clothes...
By jogging clothes I mean T-shirts, sports bras, nylon shorts and running shoes.
As crazy as it sounds, I'm not very comfortable in them.
I'm comfortable in the sense that I can dance and move in them, But I'm not comfortable in the, "I feel great in what I'm wearing!", sense.
Some people might hear me say this and say I must not be confident without cute clothes. To them I say, maybe, there is a part of me that enjoys complements, (who doesn't?) But I think the real culprit is boredom. I'm not saying I get bored of seeing people in jogging clothes, I just get bored of being in them myself!!! I wish I did, if I liked them more I might exercise more!
So basically all that I just said is my way of introducing  the things that I consider comfortable.
Shirt-Thrifted
Leggings-GAP
Boots-Justin's From when I took riding lessons (Great pair Here)
Brown leather bracelets-Mia Luna
Shell bracelet-I don't remember

Lee, Bruce Lee

Anyone who knows me personally has most likely seen me in this shirt at least once.
I bought it in the men's sale section at Urban Outfitters (always check the men's section too) and it has served me VERY well!
The jacket is vintage from a local thrift store and the shoes are Sam Edelman.
I did wear Forever21 darkwash skinnies with this but I didn't include them in the photo.

So, funny story time!!! I wore this last night to my family's dinner at this oyster bar I've never been to. I was so overdressed that my sister asked if I didn't get the casual memo. I wasn't embarrassed in the least but I wish I would have worn a more comfortable pair of shoes!
*Note to self* Pay attention to the dress code!

Cleopatra's Evil Eyes

So I've been following @loandchlo on Instgram for awhile now and I have always admired her creativity and  of course her jewelry! She recently contacted me about one of my own pieces (The Medicine man choker), So we decided to make a trade. So here they are the Cleopatra evil eye slave bracelet and the matching over the knuckle ring!!! You can find them here!
**Disclaimer**
My nails are chipped! I was just too excited to take the time to redo them!

Needle Point

Being the huge fan of vintage that I am, I instantly fell in love with this black needle point sweater my sister found at a thrift store!!!
Unfortunately I only got to wear this to make a bracelet delivery! I had to change into grungy clothes for the daunting task of gutting my grandmother's bathroom. Thankfully all I had to do was sort through an old and dusty storage building. My allergies are plaguing me this morning because it was so dusty! I scored some great vintage clothes though!

The clothes from this look are listed below!
Jeans are Levi's.
Shoes are Cole Haan you can find a great Michael Kors pair here
White blouse from New York and Co.
Hat, San Diego Hat Co. (It makes me think of Carmen San Diego too!)
Sweater, Purse, Cuff and Necklace are all vintage.
Have a great day Loves!!!
